GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Banking and Insurance ; Alexander

Offenses Involving Insurance; prohibits medical or clinic director from referring patients to clinic under specified circumstances; prohibits presentation of certain false, fraudulent, or misleading information for purpose of obtaining employment; provides that certain letters of credit issued or confirmed by qualified U.S. financial institution may be used to fund trust established & maintained by alien insurer for protection of policyholders in U.S., etc. Amends FS.
