GENERAL BILL by Argenziano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Private Investigators/Services; increases minimum age required for private investigative, private security, & repossession services licensees; requires DOACS to establish by rule criteria for approval of continuing education courses & providers & form for certificates of completion; requires successful completion of certain coursework & passage of examination for licensure as private investigator intern, etc. Amends Ch. 493.
