Funeral & Cemetery Industry; provides for lighting equipment on certain non-law enforcement vehicles in funeral procession; revises licensure application procedures to provide for persons other than natural persons; authorizes licensing authority to adopt certain rules for centralized embalming facility; authorizes anatomical board of this state to provide for final disposition of human remains delivered to board as board determines to be adequate & proper, etc. Amends FS.
