GENERAL BILL by Dockery
Rural Land Protection; provides conclusions of study by DOACS; provides for distribution of certain excise taxes on documents to Rural Lands Program TF of dept.; authorizes issuance of bonds for rural land protection; provides uses for funds in Conservation & Recreation Lands Program TF; authorizes use of rural land protection bonds to implement provisions re conservation & rural land protection easements & agreements, etc. Amends FS.
