GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Bullard ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wilson
Cardrooms/Games of Dominoes; revises definitions to include dominoes as authorized game & to allow games other than card games to be played in cardrooms; authorizes rulemaking re poker & dominoes by Pari-mutuel Wagering Div. of DBPR; provides for supervision of dominoes games at cardroom; limits wagering re authorized games; provides that chapter does not apply to amusement games or machines which operate by insertion of coin or other currency. Amends Ch. 849.
