GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Pretrial Release; requires that defendant charged with offense involving controlled substances prove legitimacy of any funds intended to be used to obtain release of defendant; requires court to revoke defendant's existing pretrial release & return defendant to custody on pending charge following defendant's arrest for subsequent felony offense involving controlled substances, etc. Amends 903.047,.0471; creates 903.081.
