Professions Regulated by DBPR; provides for reinstatement of certain voided licenses; provides requirements for application & reinstatement of such voided licenses, including fees, continuing education, & eligibility; excludes public accountants from application of provisions re delinquent status & reinstatement of void licenses. Amends 455.271.
