SB 2548: Pharmacy Technicians
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Pharmacy Technicians; requires said technician to be registered with Pharmacy Board; prohibits pharmacist whose license has been suspended, denied, or restricted from registering as pharmacy technician; authorizes said technician student to be trained in pharmacy without registering under certain conditions; authorizes unpaid volunteer to perform functions as said technician without registering under certain conditions, etc. Amends 465.014.
