Obsolete/Outdated Agency Reports; repeals provision re Fla. State Commission on Hispanic Affairs; repeals provision re Fla. Commission African-American Affairs; deletes reporting requirement of Governor re interagency agreements to delete duplication of inspections; revises provisions re planning functions of Fla. Corrections Commission; revises provisions re planning by DCFS; deletes provisions re report on effectiveness of voter education programs, etc. Amends FS.
