Liability for Products; defines terms; provides that seller of product manufactured in United States may be dismissed from action for strict liability for harm caused by product; provides exceptions; provides procedures re dismissal; requires affidavit to accompany motion to dismiss; prescribes contents of affidavit; provides for discovery & hearing on motion to dismiss; authorizes certain claims for indemnification & contribution by builders, etc. Creates 768.1259.
