Water Authority District; amends, codifies, reenacts, & repeals special acts re district in conformity to specified provision; provides district boundaries; provides for governing body & prescribes its powers, duties, functions, membership, & organization; provides duties of constitutional officers in Lake Co. re authority; provides maximum millage limit; provides for referendum on whether elections to authority shall be partisan; provides ballot statement, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
