Sebring Airport Authority; (Highlands Co.) codifies, amends, reenacts, & repeals special acts re authority; defines powers & duties of said authority; grants to authority power to acquire, lease, construct, reconstruct, improve, extend, enlarge, equip, repair, maintain, & operate airport & other facilities; grants to authority power to acquire necessary real & personal property & to exercise power of eminent domain, etc.
