GENERAL BILL by Jordan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Quinones
Recreational Vehicles; requires DOT to incorporate use of RV friendly markers on specific information logo signs; requires design of marker to be approved by Federal Highway Administration; requires dept. to adopt certain rules re markers; eliminates future termination of RV Mediation & Arbitration Program; provides that program must complete all mediation & arbitration within 70 days of receipt of consumer's claim, etc. Amends 479.261, 681.1096,.1097.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
