Prisoners/Sale of Literary Accounts; defines terms concerning sale of literary accounts & memorabilia by & on behalf of convicted felon; provides for lien in favor of state on proceeds or profits of sale of literary accounts, materials, & memorabilia payable to or accruing to convicted felon, representative of convicted felon, or profiteer of felony; provides for distribution of proceeds or profits of sale of literary accounts or memorabilia, etc. Amends 944.512, 960.291.
