Dentistry; revises exemption of certain instructors from specified provision; provides Dentistry Board membership term limits; clarifies requirements to be licensed as dentist; revises postsecondary education requirements to sit for dental hygiene exam; increases storage requirements for work orders; clarifies that temporary certificates to practice in state & county government facilities be issued only to graduates of accredited dental schools. Amends Ch. 466.
