Financial Entities & Transactions; authorizes Financial Services Commission to require electronic submission of forms, documents, or fees; clarifies application of exemption from mortgage lender licensure requirements to certain entities; provides educational requirements for principal representatives; imposes attorney's fees & costs on lenders under certain circumstances; authorizes search of safe-deposit box co-leased by decedent, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,487,459.
