GENERAL BILL by Glorioso ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bogdanoff ; Cannon ; Domino ; Galvano ; Goldstein

Child Protective Investigations; revises definition of term "other person responsible for child's welfare" to include employees of any school; prohibits use of information contained in reports of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect for purposes that adversely affect interests of persons who are not identified as responsible for such abuse, abandonment, or neglect; provides access to confidential reports & records in cases of child abuse or neglect, etc. Amends 39.01,.301,.302,.202.
