Anti-Murder Act; creates said act; denies bail or any form of pretrial release to forcible felony violators in certain circumstances; provides definitions; provides for hearings to determine nature & probability of any danger that such violators pose to community before release of violators following probation or community control violations, etc. Creates 903.0351; amends 948.06, 921.0024; reenacts 948.012(2)(b), 948.10(9), 958.14.
