SB 466: Supervised Visitation Programs
GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Supervised Visitation Programs; provides for development of standards for supervised visitation & supervised exchange services; requires compliance with interim minimum standards; provides for security of supervised visitation programs; requires Clearinghouse on Supervised Visitation to develop training materials, etc. Repeals 753.001,.002,.004; creates 753.01-.10, 943.254; amends 943.135, 382.0255.
