GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Clary

Podiatric Medicine; requires hospital having podiatric residency program to annually provide Podiatric Medicine Board with certain information; revises time period during which podiatric physician may continue as unlicensed resident in residency program; permits resident podiatric physician to prescribe certain medications under certain circumstances; provides penalty; requires board to adopt rules to administer this act, etc. Amends 461.014.
