Commercial Parasailing; defines term "commercial parasailing"; requires each vessel engaged in commercial parasailing to be licensed annually; provides license fee; provides for disposition of license fees collected; requires each owner to carry liability insurance; provides for minimum amounts of insurance & maximum deductibles; provides requirements for persons conducting commercial parasailing operations; provides criminal penalties. Creates 327.375.
