CS/HB 489: Prescription Drugs
GENERAL BILL by Zapata ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Flores ; Homan ; Kreegel ; Rivera ; Robaina
Prescription Drugs; redefines term "pedigree paper"; provides exemption from wholesale distribution for transfer of said drugs due to change in ownership of pharmacy; abrogates expiration of recordkeeping provisions for pedigree papers which relate to chain drug entities that are part of affiliated group; amends to conform to future effective provision. Amends 499.003,.012,.0121.
