CS/HB 503: Community Contribution Tax Credit

GENERAL BILL by Farkas

Community Contribution Tax Credit; increases total amount of tax credits available as grants for certain programs; deletes provision authorizing Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to reserve certain portions of certain annual tax credits for eligible sponsors of certain low-income housing projects; increases amount of available annual community contribution tax credits; revises eligibility criteria, etc. Amends 212.08, 220.03,.183, 624.5105.
