GENERAL BILL by Cannon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Antone ; Flores ; Goldstein ; Hays ; Lopez-Cantera

University Campus Planning; requires each university board of trustees to maintain copy of campus master plan on university's website & provide for electronic copies of its draft master plan; limits issues that individual may raise challenging campus plan; authorizes university to execute campus development agreement during pendency of challenge; authorizes Fla. Gulf Coast Univ. to establish school of engineering, subject to approval by Board of Governors, etc. Amends 1013.30.
