GENERAL BILL by Brown ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bean ; Goodlette ; Homan ; Murzin ; Sands

Medicaid Eligibility; provides for determination of eligibility for nursing facility services under Medicaid program; requires AHCA to develop reimbursement methodology for certain facilities; provides for certain financial instruments signed within specified period of time to be considered countable assets when determining said eligibility; provides direction to hearing officers re revisions of community spouse income or resource allowances, etc. Amends 409.902.
