GENERAL BILL by Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Burglary During State of Emergency; provides enhanced criminal penalties for offense of burglary of dwelling, structure, or conveyance within area covered by & during time of state of emergency declared by executive order or proclamation; directs that any person who is arrested for burglary in area covered by said order or proclamation be held in custody until brought before court for admittance to bail, etc. Amends 810.02, 921.0022.
