SB 568: High School Graduation/FCAT
GENERAL BILL by Wilson
High School Graduation/FCAT; provides that student who is unable to earn passing scores on Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test or its equivalent must be allowed to participate in graduation ceremonies. Amends 1003.43.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
