GENERAL BILL by Jennings ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Pickens

Enterprise Zones; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to approve requests to amend enterprise zone boundaries; authorizes existing said zones to request recertification; extends expiration date of Fla. Enterprise Zone Act of 1994; requires OPPAGA to conduct study of rural enterprise zone issues re tax incentives & jobs creation; requires report to Legislature, etc. Amends 212.08, 290.016.
