Speech & Hearing Health Professional; revises requirements for Health Dept. in issuing provisional license to practice speech-language pathology or audiology; revises licensing requirements for applicants who graduated or who are currently enrolled in speech-language pathology or audiology program at university outside United States or Canada; authorizes Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology to waive certain requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 468.
