CS/SB 618: Community Residential Homes
GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Community Residential Homes; redefines term "community residential home" to include dwelling units that are licensed to serve residents who are clients of Elderly Affairs Dept., Agency for Persons with Disabilities, or Juvenile Justice Dept., in addition to clients of DCFS, or dwelling units that are licensed by AHCA; requires that additional information be provided concerning licensure, etc. Amends 419.001.
