Construction Services/Prompt Payment; cites act as "Local Government Prompt Payment Act"; revises provisions re timely payment for purchases of construction services; creates "Florida Prompt Payment Act"; revises deadlines for payment of subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, materialmen, & suppliers on construction contracts for public projects; provides exemption for contractors making late payment to subcontractors, etc. Amends Chs. 218, 255, 287.0585, 95.11.
