Hospitals/Hurricane Damage/Studies; creates commission to study effect of 2004 hurricane season on certain hospitals & identify hospitals unable to comply with Fla. Building Code or located in flood-prone areas; creates high-deductible-health-insurance plan study group; directs OPPAGA to conduct study to evaluate whether State of Fla. should join Nurse Licensure Compact; requires OPPAGA to submit report re hospice care; requires report to Legislative Budget Commission, etc.
