GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Child's Welfare/Persons Responsible; redefines term "other person responsible for child's welfare" for purposes of specified provisions to include volunteer at public or private school, religious organization, or health care provider; redefines term "caregiver" for purposes of provisions re laws prohibiting criminal abuse of children, to include any other person responsible for child's welfare. Amends 39.01, 827.01.
