Citizen Soldier Grant Program; creates Citizen Soldier Matching Grant Program within Agency for Workforce Innovation; provides that professional licenses issued to any member of Florida National Guard or United States Armed Forces Reserves shall not expire while member is serving on federal active duty; provides 90-day extension period for such licenses after return from federal active duty; provides requirements re such extension, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,862,961.
