SPB 7008: Traffic Infractions/Disposition
PROPOSED BILL by Transportation
Traffic Infractions/Disposition; provides that person who is cited for noncriminal traffic infraction may elect to attend, under certain circumstances, intermediate driver improvement course approved by HSMV; requires that HSMV deduct points from person's driving records for certain traffic violations in another state or under federal law; provides that such person may elect to attend basic driver improvement course, etc. Amends 318.14,.1451, 322.025.
