PROPOSED BILL by Commerce and Consumer Services

Early Learning; requires early learning coalitions to provide parents with profiles of school readiness providers; deletes authorization for coalitions to receive subsidized child care funds for all children eligible for certain federal programs; revises eligibility criteria & priorities for participation in school readiness programs; revises requirements for transportation services in such programs, etc. Amends Chs. 402, 409, 411.
