SB 728: Sentencing Juveniles
GENERAL BILL by Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rich
Sentencing Juveniles; authorizes court to sentence juvenile as adult using combination of juvenile & adult sanctions; requires juvenile to successfully complete juvenile residential commitment program; authorizes court, under specified circumstances, to sanction juvenile as if juvenile had violated adult sanction of community control or probation, etc. Amends 985.233; reenacts 985.226(1).
