CS/SB 732: Road Rage Reduction Act
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Road Rage Reduction Act; provides popular name; requires operators of motor vehicles to drive in right-hand lane on certain highways; provides penalties for violation; provides for assessment of points for violating specified provisions that require operators of motor vehicles to drive on right side of road; requires HSMV to provide educational awareness campaign; provides grace period when warnings & educational literature may be issued, etc. Amends 316.081, 322.27.
Effective Date: 07/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
