GENERAL BILL by Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker ; King ; Lynn ; Argenziano

School Buses/Safety Belts; provides that it is optional rather than mandatory for school districts to purchase & use school buses that are equipped with safety belts or other federally approved restraint systems; deletes provision re elementary schools' receiving first priority in allocation of school buses equipped with restraint systems; provides for retroactivity. Amends 316.6145.
