Citizen Soldier Matching Grant TF; creates Citizen Soldier Matching Grant Trust Fund within Agency for Workforce Innovation; requires that moneys in trust fund be used to award matching grants to private sector employers who provide wages to employees serving in U.S. Armed Forces Reserves or Fla. National Guard while such employees are on federal active duty; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund.
