Sale of Mobile Home Parks; provides that homeowners' association purchasing mobile home park may execute contract for only park that it represents; authorizes time extension for home owners when park owner changes terms & conditions of offer to purchase park; revises requirements re unsolicited offers; defines term "offer" for such purposes; provides limitation on exception re transfers by partnerships. Amends 723.071.
