Title Insurance; revises definitions of title insurance & related & primary title services; revises requirements for title insurers to issue title insurance; revises requirements for title insurers to preserve & retain certain evidence of searches & examinations; requires Insurance Regulation Office to approve title insurance forms & rates for certain title insurance. Amends 624.608, 627.7711,.7845.
