GENERAL BILL by Waters ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Bullard ; Homan

Household Moving Services; clarifies licensing requirements for household movers & moving brokers; requires brokers to obtain local registration or license when required by county or municipality where broker's principal place of business is located; clarifies requirements that mover maintain certain insurance coverages; prohibits county or municipality from issuing or renewing occupational license to mover or moving broker, etc. Amends Ch. 507; creates 205.1975.
