GENERAL BILL by Poppell
Repossession Services; expands definition of term "repossession" for purposes of regulation of repossession services; revises applicability of provisions governing private investigative, private security, & repossession services; revises grounds for disciplinary action against person or entity that is licensed as, or applicant for licensure as, recovery agency, recovery agent, or recovery agent intern, etc. Amends Ch. 493.
