Health Insurance; changes due date for report from AHCA re State Center for Health Statistics; provides additional criterion for Insurance Regulation Office to disapprove or withdraw approval of health flex plans; provides insurance rebates for healthy lifestyles; revises standards for determining applicability of Employee Health Care Access Act; provides for insurance rebate for members in health wellness program, etc. Amends FS.
