SB 828: Cosmetology
GENERAL BILL by Crist
Cosmetology; provides for subclassifications of cosmetology licenses & for cosmetologist license; provides for specialty certificates in shampooing, hair braiding, hair wrapping, & body wrapping; authorizes facial specialist or nail technician who is registered or enrolled in cosmetology school before effective date of act to take exam for licensure; prohibits booth-rental salons from operating without license, etc. Amends Ch. 477.
