GENERAL BILL by Cannon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goldstein ; Homan ; Needelman ; Sands
Community Behavioral Health Agencies; authorizes certain nonprofit community mental health or substance abuse providers to form self-insurance fund for certain purposes; requires certain funds to initially be organized & operate as commercial self-insurance fund for time certain; limits net economic damages per claim in certain tort actions brought against certain programs or facilities; provides for annual increase in conditional limitations on damages, etc. Amends FS.
