GENERAL BILL by Wise
State Employees' Charitable Campaign; requires that undesignated campaign funds be shared proportionally by participating charitable organizations based on their percentage of designations in each fiscal agent area; removes fiscal agent's right to select steering committee members. Amends 110.181.
