SB 900: Health Care Services
GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Health Care Services; prohibits health insurer from demanding repayment from provider under certain circumstances; prohibits HMO contract from preventing subscriber from assigning plan benefits to physician who is not under contract with organization for covered health care services; provides for reimbursement for emergency services rendered by physician who does not have contract with HMO, etc. Amends Ch. 641, 627.6131.
