Arthritis Prevention & Education Act; provides legislative findings; provides purposes; directs Health Dept. to establish arthritis prevention & education program; requires dept. to conduct needs assessment; provides for establishment of statewide partnership on arthritis; provides for funding through contributions; directs Secretary of Health to seek federal waivers as necessary to maximize federal funding. Creates 385.210.
